Text

General

  • The use of glass jars or vases are not recommended due to the hazard of broken glass

  • Cemetery properties have uneven surfaces - Ground subject to unexpected grave collapse with resulting depressions up to 36”

  • Children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied and supervised by an adult

  • Interments, including the scattering of ashes must be approved in writing by the trustees of the cemetery district

  • Full details of district policies can be requested

Memorial Markers

All interments shall be permanently marked with name of the decedent, birth and death date.

  • Temporary markers up to 18 months

  • Interim markers up to 5 years

Permanent markers (metal or stone)

  • Single grave (12x24)

  • Double grave (12x24)

  • Maximum of one (1) double grave marker OR four (4) single grave markers on single plot

  • Markers to be installed on concrete base by district

  • District does not assume and liability for maintenance or damage by force of nature or mischief
